三元 - 粥中逸品
吃個不少粥店,不客氣說,只能用兩個字形用:漿糊.
第一口吃三元的粥,怎麼這樣又綿又滑!又清晰地見到裏面一顆顆煲得爆開的米花.....
最好吃的肉丸和牛丸粥,是師傅即時打做,丸子又鮮又鬆又彈......
豬肝(豬潤)粥,小心不要讓粥把豬潤灼得太熟,又鮮甜又爽滑.
天呀,那裏吃到這皮如琥珀,黃成溏芯的絕品皮蛋,又來兩個.
吃完夜粥,心滿意足了.

禮記冰室-此物最相思
禮記,最出名的,是懷舊雪糕球,雪糕磚,雪糕三文治,上次都吃過了,今次,肚子太飽了,放棄吧......
但這杯最簡單的紅豆冰,卻令我們吃了三次.那陣紅豆香,那裏也吃不到,even京都 清水寺 舌切茶屋的"善哉",也稍遜半籌呢!
也是一份最簡單又不簡單的堅持吧~

回覆刪除I don't remember if I ever had the congee in that restaurant... but I remember having dessert.... so GOOD! Miss all the good food!

回覆刪除Alwen, The texture of the congee is really remarkable and next time you must try. I really miss the dessert. Next time if I can eat more I will try the ice-cream bricks but I think I'll always be full in Mac.
