Macau Macau - 6.祥記麵家

天下最好吃的蝦子撈麵

香港吃的麵,十之八九是梘水麵,橡筋似的彈性,要下醋中和那陣梘水味.久而久之,我也以為廣州麵,一定是這樣.

前年,跟書仔來到祥記......

澳門用的是竹昇壓麵,完全不用梘水.

尤其祥記的,彈性和質感很自然,灑上鮮甜上等蝦子和香滑豬油黑醬油,那種味道,那裡也吃不到.......縱使我也在澳門吃了幾家竹昇老麵店,也吃不到這種風味.

還有好美味的自家打製金莎鯪魚球,一定要配妙不可言的蜆介醬!(平時,我是打死也不吃的)

自製的水餃麵,上湯浸蘿蔔.......可惜今年已沒有灑上奇香的蝦乾仔,唉,斷了貨.

飯後一碗又香甜又順喉的桑寄生蛋茶.......連不愛喝涼茶的太太,也喝得上了癮^_^



這一切......都是這位銀髮婆婆幾十年的堅持,每次見到她,都心中一陣溫馨.

    The food looks delicious! Especially the 金莎鯪魚球. I never thought Macau had such good and 'traditional' flavour restaurants. Whenever I visited the city, it was a one-day trip, therefore, can't get the chance to experience all that.

  2. 係呀,這是我喜歡的澳門的另一面.很簡單,很古老,很平凡.....但是幾十年不變,要快去了,因為看來他們都未必經得起"發展"的巨輪.

  3. I can't wait to go to Macau again, this time, my good friend is now working in Macau, and he loves to eat! I bet he'll show me around the good restaurants! I love the simple, traditional food!!! Oh, the coconut ice-cream.... I can eat more... actually last time when i went there, they almost closed (lunch hour or something), I got lucky!

  4.  哈哈, come asap! Alwen. Beside Chinese food, Portugese restaurants are also very attractive. I'll show them later.

  8. 佢啲面比較粗,幼啲比較好食,六記啲蝦子面都几好
