Macau Macau - 11.路環的浪漫...食物

安德魯葡撻咖啡店(Lord Stow's Garden Cafe)

幾年前專門到路環吃他的葡撻,很好吃,但只是一間小餅店.今年再去,發現他已開了兩間咖啡店,都在餅店的附近市中心的一帶,很雅緻呀!

吃了一個三文魚Begal三文治,質素很不錯,包很有煙韌質感,而且很雅緻.

坐在室內,望著小庭園,一派悠然.

主角葡撻,永不會令人失望,皮酥,餡甜香滑,熱辣辣.......是比他前妻開的店勝一籌.

配一杯espresso,一杯cappuccino.......看這杯latte,精緻得像棕色彩虹,流露誠意和閒情.

 

竹灣陸舟餐廳(La Gondola)

聽說這裏風境不錯.....聽說這裏的pizza是用傳統磚爐燒的......

叫了一個和Pizzeria Toscana一樣的Parma Ham pizza,唔......果然又薄又脆,又鮮,不過比起Toscana的,還是稍遜本籌(我咀尖啫:p)

.......那裏是Pizzeria Toscana?我覺得她們的pizza,是意大利以外全世界最好吃的!在那裏?在澳門.

還吃了Focaccia 三文治,夾的是另一款意大利火腿.很鬆帶煙韌,很地道,可是它沒有洞洞和黑水欖......

還有......法包是大洞洞,有厚厚的crunch!........我最欣賞!

 

里斯本地帶餐廳(Restaurante Espacio Lisboa)

聞名已久的正宗澳葡菜餐廳......小巧的餐聽,胖胖的葡藉老闆,已令人覺得身在南歐小鎮.

親切的胖伯伯親手切火腿,準備一會的聖誕晚餐 ; 廳側的聖誕節"祭品"(真是祭品!),是各種傳統糕餅乾果,真是好像中國過年的年糕角仔feel.......好一個南歐聖誕夜.

水果酒,葡汁蝦,忌廉馬介休,白酒炒蜆.......好暢意的晚餐.

今次還只是淺嚐呢!期望下次再來,也吃到肥伯伯的菜.

    A traditional european Christmas dinner! That's really special! I love Portuguese egg tart, but I don't think I ever had a real real one. It must be even better!

  2. Fatgarfield, I  guess the meal in this Restaurant is Portuguese-Macanese style, which has a long history of hundred years in Macau. I like it^_^. Portuguese tart was indeed an cultural cross-over. Lord Stows, an English gentleman, who indeed invented Portuguese tart which is an mixing of Portuguese custard tart and Hong Kong egg tart. But the best ones are surely from Lord Stow's Bakery.

    A moon, so the portuguese tart was invented by Lord Stows!! No wonder it looks so good. I don't like custard so I don't like the western custard tart (even though it pretty much looks the same with the burned top and puff pastry). Putting egg filling in the tart is just so amazing.  I have to mark down to try Lord Stows' Cafe, just for that!

  4. Yeah! Fatgarfield. I read this from many books. It's really the original of Portuguese tart. Though there are many apes afterwards, the best one is Lord Stow's. (Don't try the ones in KFC of Hong Kong, it is a disaster!)

  6. 小六, 我都有同感, 跟moon哥去吃, 一定有保障!  moon, Pizzeria Toscana係邊度可以吃?  上次坐堅車去西頁, 聽你說過, 己很想吃呢?  有地址嗎?

  10. 藍藍,我已預備了一個網誌介紹Toscana了. 她有兩間分店,一間是Cafe Toscana,在板樟堂巷11號B地下(噴水池麥當勞側小巷),她是吃輕食的,pizza,pasta,甜品,咖啡都不錯. 另一間是Pizzeria Toscana,在媽閣斜巷2號A長城大下地下(水師廠,港務局對面),是意大利餐廳,除了Cafe Toscana的食物外,有各種main courses. 原本老店在碼頭對面,賽車場大樓,但已關門~_~

  12. 小三,妳終於來啦!歡迎歡迎. 美食真是很多呀,但有一點妳有所不知,我是很易吃肥的呀,原全是因為我們不停在澳門行行行行........真的有效.妳也不知,我們平日在香港,簡直是清茶淡飯呢!

  13. 里斯本地帶餐廳 is also my fav restaurant... the first time we went there was in winter time. We had rabbit stew in red wine... it was unforgettable! do you know the cafe opposite to  九如坊? It used to be our breakfast place but it has been shut for a year or so. It seems like there was no more little cafe in Macau. Now when we go to Macau, we don't know where to have a nice breakfast. :-(

    九如坊對面那間........是澳門咖啡嗎, 好耐的呢, 好像是執了, 小城情趣是慢慢褪色了......唉
     
    我們多數是吃腸粉粥做早餐的. 保叔牛腩的早粥, 或這街市檔.
