由去年下半年到現在, 到忙得冇心機, 做糕餅也少了......昨天去DIY舊友聚會, 的起心肝, 做個小點........呀, 就Johnny sir的Cherry and pistachio fritters吧, 買了材料好一段日子 , 始終未動手......
65%法國杏仁膏, Griottines Cherries, 買不到原味開心果蓉, 只買到意大利 Pistachio Praline, 綠綠的, 味道雖未及pistachio paste, 但顏色都幾靚......

不知怎的焗起來膨脹和爆口得厲害, 外形和Johnny做的相差太遠了, 可能用的是風爐??? .......幸好都算很香和口感潤滑, 沒有Kirsch, 掃了Dissarono Amaratto杏仁酒, 味度都夾的.
整的時間吃了幾棵Griottines, 好味呀!
