Icing 功課

上完課, 好心急practice!!!

找晒我的cookie 模, 選呀選呀, 都係選到這些, 都係動物模好玩呢!

自己一手一腳做, 才知無論在材料, 顏色, 設計, 手工.......等的功夫一點也不少, 每樣都出了點錯 :p , 學到不少呢!

沒有預先構思呀, 品味呢, 像小孩子的作品, 完全不像sensei, 透著日本式的優雅.

起初做的曲奇, 已出意外, 凹凹凸凸, 用了全糖粉, 效果平滑得多了.

   

貓臉, 好考功夫呀!!! 啡色icing 太杰了, 用力唧......發覺手也抖了, 線條也抖得很, 失敗.....

 葉子和甲蟲也是很好玩的呢!

糖霜幼稚園班@icing land

每年的聖誕, 都會興致勃勃的玩一次糖霜薑餅人, 起初是因你妳您一起玩, 份外有興趣.

太太每年都會order一個性感薑餅人, 開心笑笑.

只是每年都是土法煉鋼, 或和好友交換心得, 始終都是幼稚園生......

...... 去年做完送出薑餅人後, 今年也不知會不會有心情再玩了......

偶然, fb 見到icing land, 碰巧又報到初級班, yeah!!!

很佩服sensei(先生, 日文的老師, 冇咁"老")自己也是icing 迷， 並且把興趣發展成事業, 實在又佩服又羨慕.......

sensei和總管安排得好好呀, 不只是課堂, 整件事很cozy and friendly!
